Refund Policy

Returns

You can return your order within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the original packaging. To start a return, email lexgothtrays@gmail.com with your order number. We will reply with return instructions. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give a full refund at no cost to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we refund your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we will help you swap it.

Cancellations

You can cancel for a full refund within 24 hours of ordering, as long as the order has not shipped. Email lexgothtrays@gmail.com right away.
