Cost
Shipping is free worldwide on every order.
Processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days.
Delivery times
United States: 10 to 17 business days after processing.
International: 12 to 25 business days after processing.
Delivery times are estimates. Customs and carrier delays can add time.
Tracking
You will get a tracking number by email once your order ships. Tracking can take a few days to update.
Customs and duties
International orders may be charged customs fees or import taxes by your country. These are the customer's responsibility.
Wrong address
Please check your address at checkout. If you need to fix it, email us within 24 hours of ordering. We cannot change an address after the order ships.
Lost or late packages
If your order has not arrived 30 days after it shipped, email lexgothtrays@gmail.com and we will reship it or refund you.
